We have learned that we use technology to provide for our needs and wants. We have also learned that Technology and Science are two different things. Technology is the study of what man has made, and Science is the study of natural things. They are two seperate but parallel things, like the two rails of a railroad track. As we learn new things in Science we are able to change technology in better ways to fit our needs and wants.We are halfway through learning about the basic principles of technology. They are:
Technology deals with humanities' needs and wants.
In technology we study systems, subsystems, and components.
Science has the Scientific Method, but technology uses the nine-step Design Process.
Engineers, who are technology specialists, will keep notebook journals so that they know what they have done, what they have tried that worked (or didn't work), and what succeeded.
Many of you have been struggling with all the new vocabulary words. You are used to just accepting technology, not thinking about how it works.
What problems have you had in class so far?

I learn about the sistem we use for esample the humans body and the erth sistem
vacabulary because i never anough time to do it and i don't care much about it.it isnt that hard though but i think my grade is bad in here because of missing assignments.but thats about it because idont have many problems.
uhm problems ive had , is turining in my work . also that im not that good with computers.

class is ok but its still kinda boring , i know its only the second week of school but i want to do experiments not book work. i understand we have to learn before doing but i learn better hands on. i love to build things. i wanna take things apart and find out how they work NOT read about them. its more fun that way.
a problem i have in class is we have a lot of homework and i dont have time to do a lot of homework
have had the problem of turn in my homework.and typing master i gint go fast unfe.
the problems that i had so for is geting.me work don on time.and that is all the problems that i have
i kinda like tech. class because mr.Geasland gives us alot of info. and teaching us about our cars were gonna build.But he gives us too much work and you need a computer for that and its kinda tough for me cuz i dont have one.

Esta semana hemos trabajado en equipo emos estado aprendiendo la tecnolgia .latecnologia es igual que quando estas aprendiendo sobre la ciencia es igualito pero es que la ciencia es diferente.
En general, a mi me a parecido interesantes las clases que hemos tenido porque aunque vamos muy atrasados se podria decir podemos aprender mucho trabajando en parejas y solo pero pues yo opino que debemos hacer mas trabajos practicos trabajar en practica, y asi podriamos aprender mas sobre las clases y para los que estamos aqui para aprender ingles y las materias tambien nosotros necesitamos hacer los trabajos en ingles no en spanish porque asi pensamos y reflexionamos que escribir y aprendemos mas, otra cosa es que trabajando en equipo aprendemos mas y compartimos ideas y asi podemos llegar al exito=)!...
me gustan la computadoras. y los trabajos que pone el maetro. como los yravajos en computadoras. y las tareas que pone el maestro.
en el tiempo que e estado en su clase y aprendido bastantes cosas que yo no savia algunas cosas si las savia pero yo nunca avia ablado de la tecnologia como lo e hecho con usted e aprendido muchos significado de palabras que no savia ni para que servian ni que tubieran relacion con la tecnologia tambie todas esas palabras me an alludado mucho en mi caso a aprender ingles y aparte de eso tambien lo que me gusta mucho es que nos a ensenado a diferenciar la tecnologia de la sciencia y esta semana me a gustado por que nos a estado ensenando como usar la computadora correcta mente bueno eso es lo que e aprendido GRACIAS!!!
yo e aprendido en su clase muchas cosas pero lo que mas me gustofue cuando nos enseno cuales eran las partes de los carros y cando noa pone a escrivir en el te clado o y tamvien cuando nos pone a aser trabajos de tecnologia y los trabagos de tecnologia.S.R

Have a hard time finishing assignments and getting them turned in on time.
i have problems everythin but im sill trying my best in every subjec. i had a F as my grade but i got it up.
well i havent had that much trouble only on the notes you go to fast and i cant get stuff.L.L.
